A range of Himalayan Singing Bowls are played on and around your body, checking with you which of the sounds and vibrations resonate the most with you to help re-align stuck energy in your bio field.
You will lie face down on a comfortable massage bed with head and arm rests.
The vibrations from the bowls is a deeply relaxing and yet re-energising experience. It can help to ease tension and pain in your back, shoulders, lower back and backs of legs and calm stress and anxiety. It’s a lovely session that many of my clients engage in as part of their health and wellbeing regime.
This session doesn’t involve any hands on massage, and doesn’t require you to undress.
